This is an incredibly common question, and for good reason! People hear that something like Becel is heart-healthy, whether from marketing or from a healthcare professional, but butter is natural, and isn’t that better? People have very strong feelings about this one.
The good news is that a small amount of either is fine. We have bigger concerns, in terms of heart health. But if you go through a lot of butter, here’s the lowdown, and a compromise.
