We'll meet at either Costco or Superstore in Deerfoot Meadows (your choice).

I’ll show you some of my favourite heart-healthy and convenient foods. 

You ask all the questions you can squeeze into 60 minutes.

Dietitian consultations are often covered by private insurance. Check your policy. 

Or bring a friend and split the cost.
